During the months of January, February, and March Tom and Trina are at their home in Madison, Florida. For these three months Tom and Trina open their home to have Winter Camp. Winter Camp is for people who want to experience something beyond a three day clinic. At Winter Camp riders bring their own horse and or horses and ride with Tom and Trina while they are riding the colts they have in training. Tom and Trina also have a small herd of longhorns that they use to work the horses on. Many people find the opportunity to ride their horse in a working atmosphere is a great learning experience.
At Winter Camp Tom and Trina have bunkhouse facilities for the guests, and plenty of room for horses. Trina cooks a big lunch that all the guest are welcome to come into the house and share. The average stay for Winter Camp riders is one week, however you are welcome to come for a day or for a month. At Winter Camp Tom and Trina also accept a limited number of outside colts to ride. The colts are required to stay for the full three months of Winter Camp, and will only be ridden by Tom and or Trina. If you are interested in participating you must bring your own horse and equipment. Many people see the opportunity to ride their own horse in a working atmosphere a great experience.
